All New to Covenant Students
Magnus Health, Covenant's secure online health management site, will be available to newly enrolled families starting on July 1 after new families are given access to the Family Portal.
Forms, including those that must be signed by a physician and/or parent, are to be uploaded to Magnus Health by the start of the school year. You will have access to the forms on July 1:

Any student that will be taking medication at school needs a complete PRAM (Parents Request to Administer Medication) at the beginning of EACH school year. This form must be signed by a provider.

Immunization Requirements
All new students are required to submitt full immunization records.
All incoming kindergartners -- new or not -- must submit full immunization records if they are not already on file with Covenenant Academy.

What is Magnus Health?
The secure Magnus Health site provides Covenant families with important online medical consents and emergency contacts. Covenant collects and stores all student health and medical information through Magnus Health, the leading web-based student medical records software provider of web-based student medical records software.

All families must register and pay tuition through the Parent Portal. When you enrolled, you created an account. For information about Tuition.
Information specifically for parents is locatied in the Parent Portal and is accessible to new families after July 1. Details related to individual students are rightly contained in the password-protected, secure access portion of this, available within the Family Portal. Parents can access the Family Portal and the student portal from a link at the top for the website and should be familiar with this Parent Portal section.
Parents receive a weekly email update and are reminded to visit their Parent Portal for Lion specific news and information.

On July 1, all parents and students who have enrolled for the upcoming school year will have access to the Covenant Academy Parent-Student Portal, which provides all the information below and much more. Once you have access, we encourage you to explore the Portal as this is the main point of communication between the school and families.

Everyday Uniform Requirements
Uniforms vary from grade to grade, and are to be purchased by our uniform supplier. Uniform Supplier is the exclusive provider of Covenant uniforms. In the event of vendor unavailability, Covenant may authorize an alternative supplier that meets school approved uniform standards. See the grade specific section of this handbook for details.
The Uniform Supplier website reflects the approved uniform code for the 2025-2026 school year. School uniform options are available by grade and gender on the Uniform Supplier website page.
When there is an issue with fit and availability, similar khaki trousers can also be purchased from other vendors.
